What SiteCheckIn is

SiteCheckIn runs automated checks of the user flows you configure — in a real browser, on the schedule you set — and reports failures with evidence (screenshot, video, console/network log) plus a plain-English summary. It is a QA monitoring tool, not an uptime guarantee and not professional consulting.

Accounts and authorization

• You may only point monitors at sites and flows you own or are authorized to test — your product, your staging environment, or a client site you maintain. Monitoring third-party sites without authorization is grounds for immediate suspension.
• Keep your credentials safe. Any credentials you store inside a flow are yours; they are stored server-side, never displayed back in full, and never shared across accounts.
• You are responsible for the content of the flows you build and for complying with the terms of any site you monitor.

Plans, limits, and billing

• Free: 1 monitored flow, forever, no card required.
• Starter $49/mo: 3 flows. Pro $149/mo: 15 flows. Agency $299/mo: unlimited flows, client projects, and white-labeled share pages.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Plan limits (flow counts) are enforced server-side — the app will not let a free account create a second flow, whatever the client asks.
• Cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No partial-month refunds except where your local law requires them. Price changes get at least 30 days' notice and apply from the next renewal — never mid-period.

What the AI reports are — and are not

The plain-English report is generated from the technical details of a failed run by an AI model. It is an aid to diagnosis, not a warranty: it can be incomplete, and it does not certify that the rest of your site works. If the AI provider is unavailable, the report falls back to a fixed template summary — the failure evidence and the alert are unaffected. You remain responsible for deciding what to do about any failure.

Availability and alerts

We work hard to keep the service available, but there is no SLA in this draft tier. Our own public status page is the honest record: it shows the live pass/fail history of the checks SiteCheckIn runs against itself. Alert delivery (email, and Slack/Discord on paid plans) is best-effort with severity tuning so you are not spammed while your site is healthy.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful monitoring, no probing sites you are not authorized to test, no loading flows designed to attack or overwhelm a target.
• No circumventing plan limits (multiple free accounts, automated abuse of trials).
• No using the product as general-purpose storage: evidence volumes exist to hold the evidence of your runs, and are subject to automatic retention windows.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data on your side, missed revenue). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited — including statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings (self-service, immediate). We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms — abuse of other people's sites above all — with notice where practicable. On termination, the deletion and retention rules in the Privacy Policy apply.

Changes to these terms

Material changes are announced on this page, and by email to account owners, at least 30 days before they take effect.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with the courts of São Paulo, SP as venue — without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. SiteCheckIn is operated by Everton S. Andrade; questions go to founder@getsitecheckin.com.
